**Fast and Easy Shipping**

Our team ensures your shipping is quick and simple. We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for secure deliveries. You can also choose to receive your order via an Access Point by creating an account with the shipping carrier. In select areas, you can purchase certain items locally through our Goldpickers Local service.
**Shipping with Goldpickers** \
\
When a seller lists an item, they can choose to cover shipping costs or have the buyer pay. After purchase, The seller must provide the shipping label, making shipping hassle-free. \
\
\&#xNAN;*\* All products sold from Goldpickers include tracking for peace of mind.*
**Shipping Destinations**

Goldpickers labels ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia but not to APO or FPO addresses. For P.O. Box deliveries, please contact the seller to use USPS.
**Shipping Time Frame**

Sellers are asked to ship within 2-3 business days. Items shipped typically arrive according to the distance the item is traveling and the agreement discussed between the buyer and seller.
**Lost Packages**

If there’s been no tracking update for 7+ days and 30+ days have passed since the acceptance scan, you can contact our customer support team.
**Delivery Issues** **Delivered but Not Received**

Ensure your address is accurate and contact the shipping carrier for assistance. Sometimes tracking shows delivery before the package arrives due to mis-scanning. Verify the shipping address, look around the delivery area, check with family or neighbors, and contact the carrier for updates.
**Delivered to the Wrong Address**

Packages cannot be rerouted after purchase. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address, contact us for assistance. We'd be happy to assist!
